What Fiona Scanner collects, why, who can see it and the choices you have.

Last updated October 25, 2026
In shortThe scanner only runs when you open it and enter a PIN. It uploads a report about your system to the workspace that gave you the PIN. We do not sell personal data. Operators control who sees reports in their workspace.

Who we are

This Privacy Policy explains what Fiona Scanner collects, why, who can see it and what choices you have. “Fiona Scanner”, “we” and “us” mean the team that runs the scanner, the panel and the website.

There are two kinds of people in this policy: operators (communities and staff who use the panel) and players (people who run the scanner when an operator asks). For scan reports, the operator decides why a scan is run, and we process the report to provide the Service. Operators are responsible for their own use of the data they receive.

What we collect

Operator account

  • Username, email address and password
  • Plan, access status and license period
  • Display name, team members and their roles
  • Optional Discord link

Workspace content

  • PINs and the names you give them
  • Custom detections, string profiles and builder settings
  • Scanner branding and logo you upload
  • Enterprise activity records

Scan session

  • PIN, game and scan ID
  • Operating system, hostname and country
  • Scan start, duration and completion time
  • Overall result (clean, warning, cheating)

Scan findings

  • Indications: file names and paths, hashes, process and driver names
  • Forensic traces such as prefetch, BAM, Amcache and USN entries
  • Strings or IDs found in the process memory the workspace asked to check

Like most web services we also receive standard technical data when you reach our servers, such as network address, browser type and request time, which we use for security and troubleshooting.

What the scanner does on your PC

The scanner is a single executable with no installer. It runs only while it is open and a PIN has been entered. It uses administrator rights to read system artifacts. When it finishes, it uploads its report to the workspace that issued the PIN.

Operators can configure targeted checks. For example, a workspace can ask the scanner to look in the memory of a specific process, such as Discord or Explorer, for a particular user ID, file name or string. The scanner reports whether the configured value was found. It is built to look for cheating-related evidence, not to browse your personal files.

If you are not comfortable with these checks, do not run the scanner. You can close it at any time.

Discord & Personal Privacy Shield

We strictly believe that anti-cheat and screenshare verification must never compromise player privacy. Fiona Scanner is engineered with zero-access boundaries regarding private communications and personal accounts.

Discord & Private Life Protection Guarantee (Özel Hayat Güvencesi)

Fiona Scanner provides an absolute, binding guarantee regarding Discord and personal communications:

  • Zero Token & Credential Theft: The scanner strictly never reads, scrapes, dumps, extracts, or transmits Discord authentication tokens, account passwords, session cookies, or authorization headers. Your Discord account cannot be compromised through Fiona Scanner.
  • Zero Private Message Inspection: The scanner does not inspect, log, or transmit private direct messages (DMs), group discussions, chat histories, friends lists, call logs, or media attachments.
  • No Personal File Harvesting: The scanner does not browse your personal documents, pictures, desktop folders, web browser bookmarks, saved passwords, or private media.
  • Isolated Signature Matching Only: In cases where an operator workspace configures a targeted check on Discord or other processes, the scanner only performs an isolated boolean memory pattern check (verifying whether a specific cheat-associated string or ID is loaded in memory). It evaluates match / no match without storing or transmitting personal communications.

Zero Persistent Footprint & No Spyware Guarantee

We respect the integrity and security of your computer. Fiona Scanner operates strictly on-demand and leaves no persistent background components or kernel clutter.

100% Portable Execution & No Spyware (Kalıcı Dosya & Casus Yazılım Bırakmama Garantisi)

Fiona Scanner is engineered with zero persistent system modification:

  • Standalone Single-Executable: No installation wizard, no hidden unpack directory, and no files dropped into Windows system directories. It operates as a portable application.
  • No Background Services or Drivers: Fiona Scanner does not install persistent Windows background services, scheduled tasks, device drivers, or startup (`Run` / `RunOnce`) registry hooks.
  • No Spyware, RAT, or Telemetry Daemons: The scanner contains zero rootkits, remote-access trojans (RATs), keyloggers, screen recording daemons, or hidden continuous background telemetry.
  • Instant, Clean OS Exit: The moment the scanner window is closed or a scan completes, all system handles are released, OS memory is instantly reclaimed, and absolutely nothing remains running on your PC.

How we use information

  • To run the Service: create PINs, run scans, show reports and let operators manage their workspace.
  • To keep it secure: prevent abuse, protect accounts and investigate incidents.
  • To give support and answer your messages.
  • To maintain and improve detections and the product.
  • To meet legal obligations and enforce our Terms.

We do not sell personal information and we do not use scan data for advertising.

Who can see scan reports

  • Workspace staff. The operator and the staff it invites can see reports according to their roles and PIN visibility settings. On Enterprise plans that includes team members.
  • Anyone with a public link. An operator can copy a public report link. Anyone who has that link can open the report, so operators should share it with care.
  • Places the operator sends it. Operators can export results or copy logs, for example to a Discord channel. Once that happens, the data is under the operator’s control, not ours.
  • Us. Our team can access data when needed to run the Service, give support, keep it secure or comply with the law.

Sharing with others

We share information only with:

  • service providers that help us host, secure and run the Service, under duties to protect it;
  • authorities or other parties when the law requires it, or to protect rights, safety and the security of the Service;
  • a successor, if Fiona Scanner is ever merged, sold or reorganized, with notice where required.

Cookies and browser storage

The panel stores a few items in your browser’s local storage so it works as expected: your session token, your theme choice and, if you set them, your display name, avatar color and photo. These stay on your device and are used for the Service only. We do not use advertising trackers. You can clear this data by logging out or clearing site data in your browser.

How long we keep data

We keep account information while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards where needed for security, legal or accounting reasons. Scan reports stay available in the workspace until the operator removes them or the workspace is closed, and we may delete old reports sooner as part of routine maintenance. You can ask us to delete data at any time (see below), and we will do so unless we must keep it by law.

Security

We use technical and organizational measures to protect data, including encrypted connections and access limits. No online service can be perfectly secure, so please choose a strong, unique password, keep it private, and tell us right away if you suspect a problem.

Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live (for example under GDPR, UK GDPR or Turkey’s KVKK), you may have the right to access your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to some processing, move it to another service, and withdraw consent where we rely on it. You can also complain to your local data-protection authority.

  • Operators: manage most of your account and workspace data from the panel, or write to [email protected].
  • Players: the operator that asked you to scan is usually the best first contact for a report about you. You can also write to us and we will pass your request on or act on it ourselves where we can.

We may need to confirm who you are before we act on a request.

International transfers

Fiona Scanner and its providers may process data in countries other than your own. Where the law requires it, we use safeguards such as contractual protections for those transfers.

Children

The Service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has used the scanner or created an account, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the Service changes. We will update the date at the top of this page and, for material changes, tell you in the panel or by email where appropriate.
